NORMAL GUESTS:
1. The Applet to the left should connect you automatically. You will be given a temporary nickname.

2. Change your nickname to a unique one by typing /nick newnickname Try and choose one that no one else on the entire server (we share it) may have registered.

IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO REGISTER A NICKNAME.

TO REGISTER A NAME:
If when you connect to the chat room your name isn't taken (i.e. it doesn't ask for a password), then you may register that name. Type in all at once: /ns register password email - making sure to replace "password" with the password you want and email with your valid e-mail address. Be sure to log in every now and then. If your account is not logged into for 21 days, you will lose registration rights to it, and will have to reregister it. By doing so, you risk losing it to someone else.

TO LOG IN YOUR NAME:
If you have a registered name, just type in your nickname and click "OK." It will prompt you for your password shortly after in the chat room.
